日常생활에 智慧와 믿음을 주시는 말씀-50

”My frurit is better than fine gold; what I yield surpasses choice silver.“

(잠 8:19)

fine gold: 순금, 정금.

choice silver: 정은, 고급은

”내가 맺어 주는 열매는 순금보다 좋고, 내가 거두어 주는 소출은 순은보다 좋다 ““

yields:

1)산출하다,생산하다:

The farm yields a good harvest.

그 농장은 풍성한 수확을 산출한다.

2) 수익을 내다, 이익을 가져오다:

The investment yields high returns.

그 투자는 높은 수익을 가져온다.

3) 양보하다, 굴복하다:

He finally yielded to her request.

그는 결국 그녀의 요청에 굴복했다.

4) 산출량, 수확물(명사):

The crop yields were lower this year.

올해 작물 수확량은 더 적었다

 

50번째, 마태복음 9장31절부터 시작합니다

31.But they went out and spread the news about him all over that region.

그러나 그들이 나가서 그의 소문을 그 온 지방에 퍼뜨리니라.

 

32.While they were going out, a man who was demon-possessed and

could not talk was brought to Jesus.

demon-possessed:

귀신 들린, 악령에, 사로잡힌

그들이 나갈 때에, 귀신, 들려 말을 못 하는 사람을 예수께 데려왔다 

 

33.And when the demon was driven out, the man who had been mute

spoke. The crowd was amazed and said, "Nothing like this has ever

been seen in Israel.“

mute (mjuːt) : 말 못 하는, 벙어리

Ex: The child was mute from birth.

      그 아이는 태어날 때부터 말 못 하는 상태였다.

 

귀신이 나가니 말을 못 하던 자가 말을 하거늘 무리가 놀랍게 여겨 말하기를

“이스라엘 가운데서 이런 일을 본 적이 없다” 하였다.

 

34.But the Pharisees said, "It is by the prince of demons that he drives

out demons.“

그러나 바리새인들은 말하기를 ,“그가 귀신의 왕에게서 힘을 받아 귀신들을

쫓아낸다” 하니라.

 

해설:

바리새인들은 예수님의 권능을 하나님의 능력이 아닌, 귀신의 힘으로 돌리려

했으며 이는 예수님의 사역을 둘러싼 믿음과 불신, 인정과 거부의 갈등을 보여

주는 한 장면이다.

 

35.Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their

synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing

every disease and sickness.

예수께서 모든 도시와 마을을 두루 다니시며 그들의 회당에서 가르쳐 천국

복음을 전파하시며 모든 병과 모든 약한 것을 고치시니라.

 

36.When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them,because

they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without  a shepherd.

harassed and helpless:

고생하며 기진한(무력한)

무리를 보시고 불쌍히 여기시니, 이는 그들이 목자 없는 양 같이 고생하며

기진함이라.

 

shepherd: (양치기)와 유사한 직분들은??

 

Pastor: 목사, 영적 지도자

The pastor preached a message of hope to the congregation.

목사는 회중에게 희망의 메시지를 전했다.

Guide: 안내자, 길잡이

The mountain guide led us safely through the narrow path.

산 안내자가 우리를 좁은 길로 안전하게 이끌었다.

Leader: 지도자

A wise leader inspires trust and respect among the people.

지혜로운 지도자는 사람들 사이에 신뢰와 존경을 불러일으킨다.

Guardian: 보호자

The guardian watched over the children with care and vigilance.

보호자는 아이들을 세심하게 지켜보았다.

Caretaker: 돌보는 사람

The caretaker of the estate ensured everything was well maintained.

저택의 관리인은 모든 것이 잘 관리되도록 했다.

Herder: 가축을 모는 사람

The herder guided the sheep to the green pastures.

목자는 양들을 푸른 초장으로 인도했다.

Protector: 지켜주는 자

He stood as a protector for the weak and vulnerable.

그는 약하고 연약한 자들을 지켜주는 자로 섰다.

 

37.Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers

are few.

이에 제자들에게 이르시되,“추수할 것은 많되 일꾼이 적으니”

 

해설:

하나님의 나라를 받아들일 준비가 된 사람들이 많음을 의미하는데 이는 영적 갈망

과 필요가 풍성하게 존재한다는 뜻이다. 반면에 일꾼이 적다는 말은 복음을 전하고

사람들을 돌볼 사역자와 제자가 부족함을 지적하신 것이 다.

 

38.Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his

harvest field."

그러므로 추수할 주인에게 청하여 추수할 일꾼들을 보내주소서 하라 하시니라.

     시험에 떨어진 후 그는 새로운 마음가짐으로 시작해 더욱 열심히 공부하기
