         英語 聖經을 쉽게 解釋하고 解說 합니다.                                                      

             사도행전 5章36節부터 시작합니다. 

" Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs."

dissension:불화

  미움은 불화를 일으키지만, 사랑은 모든 잘못을 덮어 준다.(잠 10:12)

 

36.Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and

about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were

dispersed, and it all came to nothing.

claiming to be somebody:

자신이 대단한 사람이라고 자처하는

somebody: 대단한 사람. Nobody: 별 몰일 없는 사람.

rallied to him:

그에게 모여들었다.(rally: 다시 모으다, 재편성)

dispersed: 흩뜨리다, 흩어지게 하다, 뿔뿔이 헤어지게 하다

(scatter) 해산시키다

it all came to nothing:

모두 물거품이 되었다

 

얼마 전에 트다는 자가 나타나 자기가 대단한 인물이라고 하여 약 400명의

들이 그에게 모여들었으나 그가 죽임을 당하자 그를 따르던 사람들이 모두 다 다

흩어지고 말았다.

 

37.After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the  census and led a

band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered.

in the days of the census:

인구조사 때에

led a band of people:

무리의 사람들을 이끌었다

in revolt:

반란(선동)을 일으켜

 

그 사람 후에 인구 조사를 할 때 갈릴리 사람 유다가 나타나 사람들을 선동하여 이끌

었지만 그도 죽고 따르던 사람들도 다 흩어지고 말았다.

 

38.Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these  men alone! Let them
go! For if their purpose or activity  is of human origin, it will fail.

if their purpose or activity is of human origin:

그들의 목적이나 활동이 인간에 근거를 둔 것이라면

it will fail:

실패할 거요

 

그래서 이 사람들을 간섭하지 말고 내버려 두는 것이 어떻겠습니까? 만일 이들의

계획이나 하는 일이 사람의 생각에 근본을 두고 있다면 실패할 거고

 

39.But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these  men; you will only find

yourselves fighting against God. “

you will not be able to stop:

너희는 그것을 막을 수 없을 것이다.

you will only find yourselves fighting against God.

너희는 오직 하나님을 대적하는 자들이 될 것이다.

 

그것이 하나님에게서 온 것이라면 아무도 무너뜨릴 수 없고 오히려 당신들은 하나님
을 대적하는 자가 될 것입니다.

 

40.His speech persuaded them. They called the apostles in and had them flogged.

Then they ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

persuade: 설득하다, 권유, 독촉하여 … 시키다

Ex: we could not persuade him to wait.

      그에게 기다리도록 권하였으나 듣지 않았다

His speech persuaded them:

그의 연설은 그들을 설득했다.

had them flogged:

그들에게 채찍질을 가했다.

 

그의 말이 그들을 설득하였다. 그들은 사도들을 불러들여 채찍질하고, 예수의 이름

으로 말하지 말라고 명령한 후 그들을 놓아주었다.

 

41.The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted

worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name.

they had been counted worthy of suffering:

그들은 고통받을 가치가 있다고 여겨졌다

counted worthy:

가치 있다고 여겨지다, (자격이 있다고 간주되다)

Ex: He was counted worthy of the award for his hard work.

      (그는 그의 노력으로 상을 받을 자격이 있다고 여겨졌다)

disgrace for the Name:

명예를 더럽히다

 

사도들은 예수님을 위해 모욕당할 만큼 가치 있는 자로 여김을 받게 된 것을 기뻐

하며 회당에서.

 

해설:

사도들이 기뻐하는 것은 예수님을 위해 고통받는 것을 영광으로 여겼기 때문이며

이것은 초기 기독교에 대한 박해를 보여 주기도 하며 이 문장의 전체적인 의미는 사도

들이 예수 그리스도에 대한 그들의 믿음 때문에 오히려 고통과 수치심을 견디는 것

에 대해 영광스럽고 기쁨을 느꼈다는 것이다.

 

42.Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never

stopped  teaching and proclaiming the  good news that Jesus is the Christ.

 

그들은 날마다 성전에서, 그리고 집집마다 찾아다니면서 예수님이 그리스도라는 그리스도라는

것을 쉬지 않고 가르치며 전도하였다.

 

 

The fallen leaves are piled up.
