오늘은 182번째 요한복음 20장 1절부터 시작합니다.

1.Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark,

Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone

had been removed from the entrance.

the first day of the week:

그 주의 첫 째 날

the stone had been removed:

돌덩이는 옮겨 저 있었다.

(안식 후 첫날 일찍이 아직 어두울 때에 막달라 마리아가 무덤에와 서 돌이

무덤에서 옮겨진 것을 보았다)

2.So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple,

the one Jesus loved, and said, "They have taken the Lord

out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put

him!"

So: 정말로, 너무나, 대단히, 접속사-‘이유'를 그래서,…해서

the one Jesus loved:

예수님께서 사랑하셨든

They have taken the Lord out of the tomb:

예수님을 무덤 밖으로 옮겼다

(시몬 베드로와 예수께서 사랑하시던 그제자에게 달려가서 말하되

사람들이 주님을 무덤에서 가져다가 어디 두었는지 우리가 알지 못

하겠다 하었다)

3.So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb.

So:그래서

started for the tomb:

무덤을 향해 나아갔다

(베드로와 그 다른 제자가 나가서 무덤으로 갔다)

4.Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and

reached the tomb first.

outran: 보다 더 빨리, 멀리 달리다

the other disciple outran Peter:

다른 제자가 배드로 보다 앞서 가다

(둘이 같이 달음질하더니 그 다른 제자가 베드로보다 더 빨리달려가 서 먼저 무덤에 갔다)

5.He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in.

He bent over:

허리를 굽혀

looked in:

안쪽을 들여다보다

the strips of linen lying there:

세마포가 그곳에 있었다

(구부려 세마포 놓인 것을 보았으나 들어가지는 아니하였다)
